Refund Policy

1. Our Promise

We want you to love every book you buy from Casa Masa. If something is not right, we will make it right.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Books

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted or is not the book you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.

3. Change of Mind

You may return an unused book in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return delivery costs are for your account.

4. How to Request a Return

Email hola@casamasa.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and instructions within one working day.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 7 working days.

6. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Gift vouchers, digital downloads and books that have been written in, stained or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless they were faulty.
