Shipping Policy

1. Where We Deliver

We deliver to all provinces in South Africa, to street addresses and to courier pick-up points. We do not ship outside South Africa at the moment.

2. Processing Times

Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

3. Delivery Times and Costs

Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days to main centres and 3 to 5 working days to regional areas. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it on the courier’s website.

5. Failed Deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the parcel is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry an extra cost.

6. Damaged Parcels

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the box or a book is damaged, take a photo and email us within 7 days, and we will send a replacement.
